ترتكز مسيرتنا على مجموعة من القيم الأساسية التي تحدّد هدفنا ونشاطاتنا، بحيث أنّنا ملتزمون بالمبادئ والقيم التي يقوم عليها المجتمع والتي تجمع بين الأصالة; تدفع بنا الأصالة الى المحافظة على الإرث الثقافي للمطبخ اللبناني الغني، من خلال الاستناد الى التقاليد اللبنانية لتطويرها منتجات صحية وعالية الجودةوالاستدامة
